Djion Mustard | vomFass

This classic from France is a sharp table mustard. Mustard seeds from Burgundy are used, which are then soaked in Verjus, an acidic juice made from unripe grapes, before further processing. The Dijon mustard goes well with warm and cold meat and poultry, seasoning stews, sauces and vinaigrettes for salads.
