Japanese Mizuna | Bountiful
Mizuna is a Japanese green with a mildly spicy and peppery taste. Often used in salads to provide that spice factor, Mizuna contains beta carotene and antioxidants that support a healthy immune system.
Bountiful Mizuna is more "leafy" compared to store-bought options, giving you more bang for the bulk. It is a great substitute for arugula.
All fresh herbs and vegetables by Bountiful are grown locally and without pesticides.
Weight: 100g or 200g

To me, Mizuna is the Asian aragula.... mildly spicy and peppery. Usually will have it tossed with whatever other fresh vegies i have drizzled with a french dressing. Delivers crunch and freshness. Also have had it quickly stir fried with a little olive oil, garlic, a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper. Equally good. Quite a versatile vegie.
Veggie is so fresh I ate it raw as salad with yuzu dressing. Super good for a simple meal.
