I am a huge fan of avocado and really love guacamole! It's one of my favourite dips! And, I am glad that my kids, who are not big fan of avocados, enjoy guacamole too. So, this is a must-have when we do Mexican dinner at home.  Guacamole is typically made with avocados, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, garlic and salt. We usually omit the jalapeno to keep it kid-friendly. Sometimes, I would also use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic.
