1. Subscription duration - 4 or 12 weeks
2. Amount of vegetables - Classic (around 500-600g of vegetables per week) or Grande (around 800-900g of vegetables per week)

How do I pay for the subscription?
All payment for the subscription is to be done via PayNow. We will send you an invoice upon receipt of your submission.
Can I pay per week instead of for the entire duration upfront?
We will require you to pay for the subscription upfront. This will allow us to plan for your harvest ahead of time, to reduce wastage and inefficiencies.
Can I buy the subscription as a gift for my friend/family/colleagues etc.?
Yes, you can! We can also include your special message to the person in the first delivery. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to work out the details.
Can I change my vegetable box each week?
Can I change the content in my vegetable box?
We are unable to allow changes in the content of the vegetable box at this time. Thanks for your understanding
Can I add more vegetables and/or other items on BackyardFresh.sg to my delivery?
Yes, you can! We will seek to fulfill your order, unless the produce or item you want is not available. All you need to do is to submit the information via this form two (2) to five (5) before your delivery day, depending on the lead time required for the items. Payment for the additional item(s) is to be done at least one (1) day before your delivery via PayNow.
Can I choose my preferred day of delivery?
Yes! Currently, we deliver on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 12pm and 7pm.
Do I need to stick to the same delivery day for my entire subscription duration? Can I change my delivery day after placing my order?
We strongly request that all deliveries for the subscription be made on the same day, as it greatly facilitates our planning. We will only accommodate requests for delivery day changes on a case by case basis. All requests are to be made at least three (3) days ahead of your scheduled delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
Changes in delivery address should only be requested if you are transferring your subscription to another person, or you are moving to a new place.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can. You can pause your subscription for up to four (4) weeks at no charge. You will need to inform of your decision to pause your subscription at least one (1) week prior to your next delivery via email.
Renewal and Termination
How do I renew my subscription?
We will send you the renewal form one (1) week prior to the subscription's expiry.
Can I terminate my subscription before it ends?
You can terminate your subscription at any point in time, but no refund will be made. We would recommend that you transfer your subscription to a family member of friend instead. Please email us if you intend to terminate your subscription.
Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?
Yes, you can. Only one transfer can be made for each subscription. That is, the person who takes over your subscription will not be able to transfer the subscription to another person. Please email us if you intend to transfer your subscription.
