Shipping policy

$2 surcharge for all deliveries. For orders below $38, an additional $10 delivery fee applies. 

For delivery to restricted and remote areas, including Tuas, Jurong Island and Sentosa, a further $12 surcharge applies. The full list of addresses that incur the restricted area surcharge can be found here. We will get in touch with you to arrange for delivery and collection of the $12 surcharge. 

If no one is able to receive the order, we will leave the order by your gate. In the event that our courier is unable to enter the estate, the order will be returned to the store. Selected non-perishable items can be rescheduled for delivery at a fee. No refund will be made for items that cannot be rescheduled for delivery.
