The crux of this successful otah is our homemade chilli. Fisherman Otah combines aromatic spices  to create a nice mouthfeel – spicy but not overbearing. The fish comes straight from our local fishery so it’s as fresh as it gets. 

The otah can be eaten as a snack by itself, or with bread/ rice/ veggies. It goes amazingly well with the Crystal Lettuce.

    Yummy otah

    My family loves the mackerel otah and the parang otah with kaffir. You can really taste the fish meat. Goes well as a sandwich or eat it with nasi lemak
