Mesclun Mix | Bountiful

Mesclun is a Provençal word that describes a mix of tender salad greens and herbs. It derives from the French word “mesclar,” which means “mixture.” Commonly known as "spring mix" in some parts of the world, our mesclun comprises a variety of lettuces, swiss chard, wasabi mustard and kale. This mix is carefully put together to give you the desired crunch, burst of flavour and a chock load full of antioxidants and vitamins. Works great as a salad base or together with your sandwiches for a healthy and refreshing addition! 

All fresh herbs and vegetables by Bountiful are grown locally and without pesticides. Comes in a ziplock bag and will stay fresh for at least 7 days if kept sealed in the fridge between 2-4 deg.
