Komatsuna | Bountiful

Komatsuna, also known as コマツナ, 小松菜 or Japanese mustard spinach. Komatsuna has a fresh, bitter-sweet taste and a crunchy texture. The smaller leaves can be eaten raw in salad, but the entire heads are most commonly used in stir-fry and soup. It's also a great vegetable for steamboat!
