Purple Bok Choy | Bountiful
Purple Bok Choy is a gorgeous, uniquely coloured variant with purplish-red leaves and green ribs and stems. It is loaded with high levels of antioxidants with anti-aging properties. It can be eaten raw in salads, or in a stir fry. Do note that if you are planning on cooking it, the leaves will turn dark green upon applying heat.
