Red crystal lettuce has beautiful frilly leaves with a mild sweetness and a light, refreshing crunch. Less bitter than many red lettuces, it’s tender yet crisp, perfect for fresh salads, wraps, or as a colourful garnish. Its vibrant red tips also add visual appeal to everyday meals without overpowering other flavours.
